The majority of information we process is given to us by your insurance company who have your information on file. This data will be in line with your policy information and will be used to process your claim.

WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
None of your credit/debit card details will be stored by us.
We’ll retain your personal data for a period of 12 months from the date that your service with us completes. 12 months is the maximum warranty period that we can offer and the time period is in line with this period of time. At the end of the 12 months or when our relationship with you ends we’ll make sure that your data is deleted or anonymised.
Security is a priority for us when it comes to your personal data. We’re committed to protecting your personal data and have appropriate technical and organisational measures in place to make sure that happens.
We may also use your data, or permit selected third parties to use your data, to provide you with information about goods and services which may be of interest to you and we or they may contact you about these from time to time.
